Open List item in self window in share point 2010

Follow the below step to get the result:

1) open site in SPD.
2) open list page.
3) double click on list item.
4) set below javascript on item on click event:
return Editlink2(this,event,'TRUE','FALSE','FALSE','','1','SharePoint.OpenDocuments','','','','1','0','0','0x7fffffffffffffff','','')
